WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR FIGURES?
We produce traditional 28mm metal wargames figures, no other sizes are available. If you'd like to see how our figures compare to that of other suppliers you can take a look at some comparisons here. All our figures are metal, but occasionally we also use resin for small diorama pieces.
ARE YOUR FIGURES PRE-PAINTED?
No, we only provide bare metal figures, though we can occasionally recommend painting service providers. You may also find looking through our gallery of figures painted by other customers useful for inspiration.
Where flags are shown , these are not included in the pack, but just for guidance, where bare flag poles are included, this will usually be stated.
DO YOUR FIGURES COME WITH BASES?
All figures come with an integral base where needed, the figures shown on the website have had scenic bases added for ease of movement and handing as well as looks, these scenic bases are not included, unless stated.
CAN I BUY SINGLE FIGURES?
Figures come generally supplied as a complete pack and as described, we cannot mix or split packs, but occasionally we have “spares” from the production process and mould mastering, so please ask, and we will see what we can do for you, but no guarantees!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We're able to take payments through paypal, credit/debit card or cheques. Should you wish to pay by cheque please contact us directly.
CAN I ADD TO AN ORDER AFTER I'VE PAID?
Once and order has been paid for online we can’t add to it, as the postage is already calculated based on the order value. Simply raise another order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt. If you do have a query with any shipment from us, we ask that you email or write to us in the first instance with the details of your query, you can do so here. Please ensure you include your contact details. Please do not return any goods until we have responded to you. Your Statutory rights are applied.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship our products worldwide, available as both tracked & standard shipping. Shipping cost is dependant upon the size of your order & will be calculated once you proceed to purchase.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We use the Royal Mail for all shipments under 3Kg. All orders outside of the UK have automatic full tracking applied to the order, it is optional for UK Customers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how long the postal service will take to deliver it, and occasionally some orders get pulled for a customs inspection.
